There are few methods to enable your Task Manager, follow which suits you :
Method 1:
- click Start>Run, type regedit
- navigate to this branch
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies\ System
- in the right-pane, delete the value named DisableTaskMgr
- close regedit
Method 2: Using Group Policy Editor - for Windows XP Professional
- Click Start, Run, type gpedit.msc and click OK.
- Navigate to this branch:
- User Configuration / Administrative Templates / System / Ctrl+Alt+Delete Options / Remove Task Manager
- Double-click the Remove Task Manager option.
- Set the policy to Not Configured.
Method 3:
- click Start>Run, copy and paste the following link and hit OK.
REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
Method 4:

hi kesh..its jojo again..thanx 4 the solution..actually, i already try enable d task manager by run>gpedit.msc then i disable it.But when i restart my computer, the task manager is lost again.I done d same way to folder option.and d problem is same.But, i will try to use ur solution here..Thanx kesh!! hv a nice day :-)
Well Jojo..den there must be the virus still der..and its running in startup thats why you lost your Task Manager when you restart your PC..:)
