This is not like any other topics that I posted here before its just my sigh. So, you can skip if you want.
Year 2007 a great year especially for PC users and gamers as well. Windows Vista came out with Microsoft's next-gen game graphic - DirectX 10 which takes games graphic to a higher level. Halo 3, Gears of Wars, Half-Life 2: Episode 2, Bioshock and Crysis are the most awaited games. The new gameplay, beautiful graphics, good story-line etc. This makes an excellent reason to buy Vista, and DirectX 10 sure seems like a good start.
Moreover, 3D graphics cards have improved so quickly is that they have been taking advantage of multi-core approaches (on the graphics card). Multi-core processor are the future - quoted by Chris Taylor, creator of those ultra-RTS games Total Annihilation and Supreme Commander.
*sigh*
Now, I cannot play latest games since the requirements to play are higher than my laptop's specification. I cannot play all my favourite games such as NFS Carbon. Half-Life 2, Splinter Cell and etc. Luckily, NFS Most Wanted can run in my laptop without any fuss but in lower settings (of course). Since all the best and cool game's requirements are high - hence, I forced to retire from gamer's world. I was annihilated :'( :'(. But sometimes I do play games that my laptop still can support such as CS, Civilization, Dawn of War (etc.) to feed my addiction. Currently, enjoy playing Warcraft DotA (active), :p
I wonder when I can buy a gaming PC. Wish I can earn enough money on coming holiday and build a monster gaming PC. Hahahahaha. I guess after this I want post about games as well since my friend (rihuhs) and I kinda game freak also.
