I felt quite unhappy after came back home for holiday since I unable to feel, enjoy and taste the fast Internet connection. When I was in campus I able to access Internet through wireless connection (Hotspot) – I can browse websites and download stuffs fast. Now at home, I access Internet through dial-up connection which shows how puny is the dial-up connection compared to other internet connection. Damn.
Luckily, while in campus I searched and saved few tweaks to enhance the 56k dial-up connection speed. It took quite a long time to open a page and even worse if the page built from flash. Since I’m on holiday and at home now, using dial-up connection for Internet access I managed to give it a try. I downloaded few softwares and done some tweaks – and indeed there are changes. The browsing seems quite faster than in previous test however, don’t expect boost in download speed.
You can give a try if you are a dial-up connection user. Feel the power of dial-up ;p. Oh ya you might need to tweak your browser as well for more faster browsing :)
