TweakVista 1.0 released by Stardock allows user to modify the hard to access or hidden settings to increase the performance of Windows Vista. TweakVista came in two varieties – free version (with few features excluded) and a paid version. The two TweakVista versions features autoupdate option, configuration for a larger number of services, memory optimization ability, Vista assessment system etc.
On the other hand, Xdn Tweaker is able to tweak Windows XP and Vista system settings. Xdn Tweaker offering strong set of simple yet useful tweaks such as removing Windows Media Integration with the right click menu or the always annoying “Shortcut to” text before all new shortcuts.
