Skin your Windows with pretty awesome themes to make it look like Linux, OS X or another version of Windows but, tired of looking at your Windows 2000 or Windows XP boot up screen while waiting for your computer to start.
BootSkin is a free application lets you replace your Windows splash screen with another image. There’s a huge library of available splash screen at WinCustomize.
Unlike other programs that can change the Windows XP boot screens, BootSkin does so in a safe manner. It doesn’t patch the Windows XP kernel. Nor does it require the user to download replacement Windows XP kernels to do so.

previously i use another theme software, but forgot the name already. it change the whole loading page to pirate skeliton face which have Windown xp pirated edition
