Dragon Ball in Live Action?

One of the famous comic back in my school days, I still remember saving every cents of my pocket money to buy the comic every month. Till now I still keep safe my Dragon Ball collection with altogether 43 series and one is missing because of my stupid friend. However recently I'm quite surprised when I stumbled upon a teaser trailer of Dragon Ball in live action in Trailer Addict. According to Trailer Addict, the bootleg teaser trailer shown at the Brand Licensing Euro 2008.

As plot summary taken from IMDB,
The story begins with a young humanoid boy named Goku, who discoversthat he was sent to Earth to blend in and destroy our population but instead elects to protect it from an oncoming alien onslaught bent on dominating the universe and controlling the mystical objects. He seeks
out upon his adoptive grandfather Grandpa Gohan's dying request to find the great Master Roshi and gather all seven Dragon Balls. Of which he has one, in order to prevent the evil Lord Piccolo from succeeding inhis desire to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world. And Goku's quest is to obtain the mystical Dragonballs before Piccolo does.
